Terms and conditions

1. Purpose and services
These terms cover services supplied by Cliniqeo as an agency coordinating stays abroad, including introductions to partners, reservation support, transport, accommodation and associated logistics. Medical services are provided by independent partner professionals.
2. Booking
A booking becomes final when the stated deposit is received. The client must provide accurate information required to prepare the requested services and determine eligibility for the proposed pathway.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are itemised according to the selected services. The French terms state a 20% deposit at booking, with the balance paid before departure or on site before the relevant service. Available payment methods are communicated during booking.
4. Cancellation
Under the currently published French terms, cancellation more than 30 days before departure may allow reimbursement of 50% of the deposit; less than 30 days before departure, the deposit is not refundable. If Cliniqeo cancels, sums received are refunded under the stated conditions.
5. Responsibility
Cliniqeo acts as an intermediary and coordinator and is not responsible for medical acts performed by partner professionals. It is also not responsible for force-majeure events preventing the stay. Each provider remains responsible for its own service.
6. Website use and intellectual property
Users must provide truthful information and use the website lawfully. Site content is protected and cannot be reproduced beyond personal use without prior permission.
7. Personal data and applicable law
Personal information is processed under the privacy policy and GDPR. French law applies. The parties should first seek an amicable resolution; otherwise the competent French courts have jurisdiction.
